“The Hobbits” the Movie Budget and Actors List

“My Precious…”, from the famous line of the movie Lord of the Rings,the phrase where you can’t get rid off when you talk about J.R.R Tolkien’s books and Peter Jackson’s The Lord of the Rings Trilogy.

It’s been seven years since we’ve watched this movies.  One of J.R.R Tolkien’s book “The Hobbit” will be coming soon on theaters this 2012.  This is the story about the adventure of Bilbo Baggins, a hobbit, together with the dwarves to win a share with a treasure guarded by the dragon named Smaug in the dwarves kingdom, pillaged by the dragon itself.

It’s been the top story in New Zealand this month when there were concerns from Warner Brothers Production and the government on its industrial laws.  On October 28, 2010, the Prime Minister John Key had announced that indeed all will be happy.  The movie “The Hobbit” along with some future Warner Brother’s movies will be filmed in New Zealand.

How much is the budget for the movie “THE HOBBIT”?

The government of New Zealand might as well lost the opportunity of earning the job, investment and the tourism if they did not pursued with the negotiation.  The actors union ordered the non-work on the films last month.  The budget for the movie “The Hobbit” is US$670 million dollars and has been assured to be invested by the Warner Brothers on the soil of New Zealand.
