Watching the movie got me a feeling of astonishment, amazed by the effects they’ve created after the Jurassic Park. The digital world has now took over the stages of Hollywood. A creation of new techniques and the graphics pixilation.
Avatar now, has the ability to do almost everything possible in the digital. This is not animation, but performance capturing. They captured all emotions created by the exact facial expressions of the actor and the actress, thus making the movie realistic.
The movie was so great and that is why we’re asking ourself, how did they do it? Watch the video of the making of AVATAR and that you’ll say…that’s awesome!
The book by Jody Duncan explains how the AVATAR was made. It comes in a hardcover that will be good for an AVATAR collector.
- Performance Capturing: The techniques in making the Avatar movie
See the characters and what they look like in flesh?
We watched AVATAR in SM Sta Rosa, Cinema 3 (3D), so I have to shell out 240 pesos each person with a free donut and a regular softdrinks.
Being in a 3D viewing cinema, we were given a pair of 3D glasses each, but not with the blue and red shades, it’s clear with a black frame. The seats were not that fully occupied, it’s December 24, 2009, people are busy cooking their noche buenas, come on!
The first minutes of viewing, we have to wear those glasses. We can see those characters in 3D, very nice. The first part was a mystery, you don’t know what and where they’ve been and the place was very unfamiliar. It is like you are going for a trip to the amazon, but in an alien world.
The greed of men took over as they need more, more and more of the treasure. Men’s greed overtook the humanitarian or should we say alienitarian rights of those dwellers.
The story is all about wealth grabbing, love for nature, belongingness and betrayal. Being an adventure and sci-fi fan, I could recommend it to everyone, a must see movie with a rate of 10/10.
Mangalary site had just transfered few days ago to have a better environment. I have transfered/exported all of my files to that site. Please post some comments there and suggest anything to improve it. Hope to see you and keep on visiting my site. Click the new mangalary button to transfer you to my new site.
I am now planning to have my own website with a domain name mangalary.com. My site is still in a sub-domain, which is under a domain name revler.com. The best thing about having my domain is that it has my own website name, the mangalary.com.
But how to select a Web Host service? First of all, it should have an unlimited data space and data transfer with Live support and Free Sitebuilder. Monthly charge should be competitive and affordable. Might as well try this one…
Now you know the meaning of BLOG. It’s time to start your own blog. But first, commitment, motivation, time and few technical know-hows should be considered before starting.
Commitment is one factor that you must first consider before blogging. You have to make sure that you can support your blog in a long term. Blog is not a weed that you don’t need to water everyday. Think of it as a rose that everytime you see it, you have to remove those few dead leaves and take care of it as it blooms.
Motivation, a factor that is needed in blogging. It is something that gives you a drive, or a desire, to make something. Your family, for example, is the best motivation you’ve had. You can also be motivated by the blog that you make. The blog should be something that is what you like most, which others do it as their hobby.
Time, which they say is gold. The first thing to lose during blogging is your time. But no worries, when you lose something, you’ll gain everything. It is what you need when doing few research on the subject that you want to blog.
Technical Know-How, something like a little techie. You don’t need to be a geeky programmer, but you need a litte bit of computer literacy. You need to know the concept of writing and the Internet. The words, upload and download should be included in your vocabularies.
When all of these things combined and few tips from an experienced blogger, you then have that green light.
